What do the sync statuses mean?
Tell the difference between an updated account, an update in progress and a connection that needs attention.
Guide based on the current Rank beta
In the Accounts list, you can see when each account was updated and whether the connection is working.
Keep in mind
- Updated: the connection is available and Rank shows the latest known update.
- Syncing: an update is in progress; wait for it to finish before trying again.
- Reconnect: the institution requires a new authorization.
- Manual account: it has no bank connection and its balance is maintained manually.
- Not synced yet: there is no completed update to display yet.
